Refund policy

Exchanges or returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Items from our gift shop must be unwashed and unworn, in the original sales condition with all tags attached. Refunds are made in the form of original payment. Price adjustments will not be honored for any marked-down merchandise. Final sale on hair tools, hair brushes/combs, hair accessories, BOGO promotions and on seasonal items. Online purchases may be returned to any Andreas Hogue Salon or shipped back to our Northbrook location. Just bring back your receipt or packing slip. Sorry, shipping charges are non-refundable.  Returns will be credited back to the original form of payment.
